When you submit our contact form we collect the information you choose to provide: name, email, phone, business name, the service you're interested in, and your message. When you visit the site we may collect basic, anonymized analytics (page views, referrer, device class).
How we use it
We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services you've engaged us for. We use anonymized analytics to improve the website.
How we store it
Inquiries are stored in our internal email and CRM systems. Production client data is stored in secured Canadian and U.S. cloud services governed by their respective data-protection commitments.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share information with sub-processors only as required to deliver services you've engaged us for (e.g., payroll providers, the CRA when you've authorized Represent a Client access).
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Email Info@Sherrylane.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies for site functionality (e.g., remembering your theme preference). We do not run cross-site tracking. Any analytics we run is anonymized.
